THURSDAY 13th EVENING: Cocktails & Conference Dinner sponsored by 
Join the delegates for cocktails and the official pre-Conference dinner, to be held in the Radio City Ballroom of the Conference venue.
Please note: this option is available only for personal partners of registered delegates; business associates of delegates should themselves register as delegates in order to attend the Conference dinner and all other business activities.
Cost €80 + VAT + 19.6% VAT per person
FRIDAY 14th DAYTIME: Louvre + Lunch + Opera/Golden Triangle Tour
09.30 depart - 16.30 return to hotel
- includes return coach travel and one multi-lingual guide
- trip to the The Louvre (group booking so no need to queue) + audio phone included
- lunch at Chez Clement
- 30 minute tour of Opera and Golden Triangle (plus a stop at the Escada Store with a private tour
for the group to learn about the Brand, the collection and fashion tips).

FRIDAY 14th EVENING: Social dinner
Delegates and their partners have a relaxed dinner together after the Conference

Includes:
- 3 course meal, unlimited water and coffee
- 1/2 bottle of wine each
- return coach from Hotel New York
Partners attending the social programme on Fri 14th Oct will have a choice of timing for their return transport. Buses will be departing at either 15.30, directly after the social programme finishes, to arrive at Hotel New York shortly after the conference finishes, or at 22.30 after the social dinner at Train Bleu. Should you be moving to a hotel in central Paris for the weekend, please do let us know and space will be allocated for your luggage on the coach. Your selection will be confirmed closer to the conference by our dedicated events team.

SATURDAY 15th: Free time
Visit Disneyland Paris... or alternatively the heart of Paris is less than one hour away
Disneyland Paris special ticket prices for ECG Conference delegates:
- 1 park/1 day 41 euros per person
- 2 parks/1 day 46 euros per person
(all these tickets are dated and not transferable)
Delegates and partners should to go to the hotel’s concierge desk, state that they are attending the 'ECG Conference' and pay for the tickets there.
